A CLassification of Mobile Genetic Elements (ACLAME) is a comprehensive source for genome information about phage, plasmids, and transposons. ACLAME calls these Mobile Genetic Elements (MGEs). The ACLAME team is also responsible for MeGO, a subset of the Gene Ontology dedicated to MGEs.
