Open Biosystems sells the gfp operon fusions used in the paper from Zaslaver et al[1]. The fusions are available either individually or as a set in microtiter plates. The Expression Resources table on the EcoliWiki expression pages gives the plate and well accessions for the available fusions.

The fusions contain the intergenic region upstream of the genes listed, and extend 50-100 bp into the ORFs on either side. The reporter is gfpmut2[2], and the intergenic regions were fused to this gfp variant by cloning between BamH1 and Xho1 sites in one of two vectors, pUA66 and pUA139. Note that these are not protein fusions. Protein fusions of E. coli genes to gfp are available in the ASKA clone set[3]
