About DictyBase

DictyBase is the model organism database for the cellular slime mold Dictyostelium discoidum.

xx. Research tools include links to techniques, mutant phenotypes, axenic strains history, vectors, nomenclature guidelines, and the Franke Dictyostelium reference library. DictyBase also contains pages on the biology and molecular genetics of Dictyostelium and its uses as a model organism. There are links to dictyNews, a ListServ, job opportunities, and the Dicty Annual Conference.
