About IntAct

IntAct is "a freely available, open source database system and analysis tools for protein interaction data. All interactions are derived from literature curation or direct user submissions and are freely available."
Content
As of August 2007, the IntAct Database contained: 152,100 binary interactions, 57,360 proteins, 6,463 experiments, and 1,106 controlled vocabulary items.
