Notes

Small (< 3 kb), Compatible with pUC/M13 sequencing primers as well as LITMUS sequencing primers. It is a multi-purpose cloning/in vitro transcription phagemid vector. To purify LITMUS 28i it is isolated from E.coli ER2738 by a standard purification procedure.

History

Litmus 28i was designed for the efficient transcription of double-stranded RNA using NEB's HiScribe RNAi Transcription Kit.
